Even though they have good reviews, I would STAY AWAY! They put engineered hardwood on our main floor, and there are hollow spots all over. Its been more than 2 years now, and they have never bothered to send anyone to fix them even after repeated attempts of contacting them.

We purchased carpet from Coastal Flooring and could not be happier! I just happened to drive by their showroom on Peachtree Parkway and am so glad that I stopped! The original pattern of carpet we chose was no longer available in the color we wanted, but Gianna worked with us to choose a very close color from another palette. She was SO attentive and was able to get our order processed right away! She kept us up to date on everything from when the carpet would arrive and be installed. The installers worked so hard and completed the job in one day! They were great! We will definitely be using Coastal Floors again in the future!

We had a pipe burst in our already finished basement causing extensive flooding. We needed new flooring, cabinets, counters in addition to a lot of drywall / ceiling repair and painting. A neighbor referred us to Coastal Floors so we went there to look at flooring. We found a beautiful vinyl plank (WATERPROOF) floor that we loved. We had no idea that they also had cabinets, carpeting, countertops etc. So to simplify everything, we also ordered carpeting for one room in the basement and the stairs, cabinets for the bar area and countertops. They coordinated everything and all of the installers were very professional. Daphne oversaw everything and came out to the house several times during each step. She was like having my own personal decorator / contractor! It was a pleasure working with the owner, Paul, as well as Megan, Janice and Daphne!
