Terrible experience. Nice people but not great roofing service. My roof leak was much worse after they changed my shingles. They came out to check afterwords but no solution and still charged me for the service which made it worse. “ It’s not related what we did. It’s the chimney cap which we don’t do”.
I hired other company to fix the leak. They had to undo what this company did……Really not recommend to use this company.

Roof US of Swainsboro has been there for me since day 1. I had no clue about anything accept the fact that I need a roof. My uncle told me about Roof US because they had put a roof on for him and had Mr. Eric Weber to reach out to me and he did. He comes out and did the inspection, he helped we with getting a claim done and explained the whole nine yards. It wasn’t long after that him and the crew comes out and put a new roof on in one day. I am very pleased with their professionalism and will recommend Roof US of Swainsboro to anyone!! If I had to do it all over again, I will definitely call Roof US of Swainsboro!!

RoofUS replaces my roof and also helped me with water issues from a sepetic line that fell. These guys took up over 2,000 sq feet of tile, replaced damaged joist beams and relaid the laminate flooring, all 2,000 sq feet. The men came to work every day on time and worked all day but for their daily lunch breaks. They cleaned up all the trash and left my house in superb condition. I highly recommend this company for most any of your house needs. They truly do fine work.

My roof was recently replaced by RoofUS. We couldn't be happier with this company. They met all of their promises and obligations, which is very refreshing in this day and time. Our sales rep was Jimmie Catlin, and I would recommend you ask for him by name. Jimmie is not your typical sales guy. He was at our house every step of the way from the initial inspection, meeting with our insurance adjuster at our home, and he was also at our house during installation. RoofUS also had a project manager on-site for the installation. They do sub their installation out to other roof installers. In my case ACS Roofing was the installation company and the owner is Juan. I am equally pleased with their team and quality of workmanship. I too would suggest that you request ACS as your installation company as I can attest to their standards. I have zero reservations about recommending both RoofUS and ACS Roofing as well as their entire teams. A special thank you to Jimmie Catlin for your help throughout the process.. Tony Horn

These guy are the real deal. They came to my place and met with the insurance adjuster and got my roof approved. A few weeks later, a crew of nine showed up and within one day, I had a new roof. The crew knew what they were doing. The only break they took was 30 minutes at lunch. The end result was a roof much better than the original. They added little things that will help the roof last longer, like something to help the water runoff, to avoid water puddling up at the gutters and a heat vent at the top of the house. And yes, I did my part, I sat out front all day and watched.

Chris did a great job for us! Great variety in color selection and he was able to get us in earlier than originally anticipated. They had the job done in a day! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks.

Chris Griner is the representative for Roof US in Swainsboro, GA. Chris learned of my need for a new roof after receiving storm damage. I explained that I only received a partial payment from insurance but I did have cost replacement coverage. Chris handled the process of getting with my insurance company and having a new roof installed and obtaining the rest of the funds from insurance to pay for the roof. Everything Chris said that he would do, he did. The roofers who installed the new roof on my house were very professional. Extra care was taken by the roofers to clean up all the debris. If you need a roof, I highly recommend Roof US. This company will do what they say they are going to do. They will come see you and give you an estimate in a timely manner. They were very professional. It was definitely a good experience.
