Gorgeous product and great service! Very professional all the way, from measuring the job to installation. Latest technology used to measure and account for any wall variations. The granite slab I chose was the one used. The corner ends are joined invisibly with no change in the surface at the joint. The installers took the time to do it right and made sure I was completely happy. Couldn't ask for better!
Great staff, super helpful and friendly.
Great selection of granite.

One of the owners, Ivan, has completed a couple of custom jobs, floor tile throughout and quartz countertops, at my house. His work is always excellent, he and his crew are always professional and courteous, he is trustworthy and honest, and his prices are always very fair.

Dealing with set in stone is a total nightmare. They utilize predatory business practices to scam their customers and their products are poor quality and unfinished. This all began while looking for granite for our new build in 2021. We lived out of state and had to travel multiple times to select the granite for our home. We were met each time with grumpy front office staff, unwilling to help. Each time we felt as if we were an inconvenience.
The granite (marble) that was installed in our home was poor quality from the beginning and was never sealed properly. We have had trouble with it from day one. This has led to “pitting” and an overall grimy appearance.
Recently, I called to make an appointment with them to have our countertops resealed and to have a chip in the granite fixed. Again, having pleasant office staff that speak kindly to customers does NOT seem to be their forte. They are snarky and make comments such as “well, you know that’s something you can just do yourself” all while making you feel like you’re an inconvenience for even calling. Went ahead and made the appointment 3 weeks (yes, THREE weeks) in advance to have them come out. They notified me that they would require payment, in full, prior to the appointment date and would call back for payment. Who requires full payment for a service before it is provided? Major red flag.
They call for payment a few days prior to the appointment, the day after thanksgiving. We are of course busy. I am unable to return their call until the following week. I was then notified, while I’m giving my card information, that the appointment had been cancelled because they did not receive payment earlier. Now this was 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. They never once mentioned there was a deadline, only that the payment had to be made prior. Their office manager could really use some customer service skills. Best of all, I requested to speak with the owners, at which time I was told they were not present, but would call me back. Obviously, I have yet to receive a call, as their office manager would probably be looking for a new job. Needless to say, they’ve lost my business and I will continue to spread the word.
We called another countertop business in town the same day. They were here, at our home, 3 days later. They repaired the chip in the granite, charging us $75 dollars, and did a fantastic job. Set in stone was planning on charging me $500!! Before leaving, the guys even sealed our countertops- for free! Don’t do business with these people. The only thing "set in stone" here is the poor attitude. Consider yourself warned.

We got our granite here for our new build. The selection and the staff at the store was good. There was one slight problem with the install but that was corrected and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

Worst experience of my life in purchasing granite! This was for a home in Mexico Beach, Florida. I was not there during installation and saw the finished job about two weeks post finish. Underneath the granite was a film hanging down. It was a mesh type product that was glued on the bottom. Some areas were rough and other areas had this mesh. The mesh was glued in spots and hanging about a foot down in other spots. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I called and spoke with Teresa at SetnStone. She informed me she was an owner. She was very ugly to me on the phone and the only result I got from her was that they would check it when they were back in that area. It’s been several months and they have not taken care of the issue. They were paid when they asked for payment, but when I had a problem, they would not take care of it. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sloppiest, ugliest job I’ve ever seen with granite. I’m so sorry I ever dealt with these folks.

Terrible experience and unethical business practices! Buyer beware, they did not include backsplash measurements in the estimate (I don’t think this was a mistake…I think it was intended to make the cost appear lower initially), so when we went to order from them, several feet were added to the cost. We decided not to use them because of this and because they couldn’t compete with another local company’s price (and because of how rude the owner was while trying to undercut the other company’s estimate). When we told them we wouldn’t be using them, they charged us $150 for measuring our countertops, even though their website claims measurements are free. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company!

They came out and measured our cabinets before we were given an estimate on the kitchen countertops. Their idea. We told them their estimate was a 1,000 dollars more than another company with the same stone work. This company threatened to put a lean on our property if we did no pay $150 because they made measurements. The owner would NOT speak to us!
BUYER BEWARE!

Worked with Brandy on our countertops. Excellent customer service and she was very patient to make sure we were happy with our selection. Stephanie as well answered many questions patiently. We went with Mont blanc granite/dolemite which I included in the photos... and the price was amazing and did not change after installation. The guys arrived on time on the scheduled day and did a wonderful job!

We shopped around and ultimately settled on Set in Stone for our granite countertops. By far, they were the most helpful and welcoming, from the moment we got out of our vehicle. Even the delivery/set-up guys were a joy to work with.
Every place we shopped told us our kitchen island was too large to have a seamless countertop. Set in Stone told us they might could do it seamless, but we were doubtful because everyone else told us the same thing. However, they called us when they were cutting our stone and told us they could in fact do the island without a seam. They wanted to know if we preferred to not have a seam. This really spoke volumes of their customer service because I’m certain it was much harder to load, unload, and install a huge piece of stone rather than two smaller pieces. I cannot day enough great things about Set in Stone!

Great product. Current state of the art lazer measuring and cutting tools. Invisible seams and no voids against walls for non back splash installations if desired. Used Paramount in the past with mediocre results. Our last Granite from Set in stone was awesomely better. Night and day difference. Thank you Set in stone you guys rock.

I had the best experience with everyone I dealt with at Set In Stone for our kitchen update. From picking out the exact granite slab, to the subway backsplash & grout color, they were professional & knowledgeable. The installation was so quick and I am thrilled by the level of attention they gave to the smallest detail such as adjusting the edges to fit flush with the wall. I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for quality stone countertops with professionals who really know what they're doing. I am extremely happy.
