My system is down so alert tech set an appointment to have a technician to come determine what was wrong. The appointment was for 9 am. We were called at 9:20 am to say to technician would not be here and rescheduled a new time. The new time was 3:45 pm. The technician called at 3:34pm to say he would be here in 10 minutes. An hour later he calls me back to say he is on my street but can't find my house. I went to the street a guided him to my house. He struggled to open the panel and had to borrow a step stool from me to reach the panel. He did not speak clearly and spent most of his time here on the phone with another technician because he said he was not familiar with our system.

We try hard to support our local businesses because we are business owners as well. The owners work hard and their character is phenomenal, as is the support for their clients.
