Many companies have forgotten the personal interaction with their customers, Not Algona Glass these individuals have that customer care skills and I live in Humboldt. I will continue to go to Algona Glass for my needs in replacing my glass when needed in my home or my car. Customer Service shows in Algona Glass. Barry E

Heard about this place from a friend, tried getting ahold of them for a quote. First time was told owner had to give the quote that I'd hear back in a day or two. Five days later and three more calls and excuses I went somewhere else. Quoted a price and work done within 2 days at other place.

Replaced a glass door for a china hutch and did an awesome job! Another place quoted me $100 and "would have to send it out because one edge was not a straight cut". Algona glass charged me less than half that and had it done the next day. I would definitely recommend!

Price was good. But quality was not broke 2 price of trim,there was a big gap around the seal and the window leaks. And both wipers were loose and came off the first time I turned them on

Had them put doors and windows in a church facility several years ago have had nothing but issues with the locks and the way the door‘s hang. Takes over a month to get them to come back to fix shotty workmanship. Had to go to another door and window company to get the doors hung properly. Would not recommend them for anything.
