Completely Kitchens remodeled our kitchen. It completely (no pun intended) transformed the room. Anyone who comes over now comments on how good it looks!

We worked with Randy to redesign our kitchen. He made up the plans and sold it to us for $3,000 then immediately ghosted us! No return phone calls or texts. My husband even showed up to the store and they pretended like Randy would call us when he could. What’s joke of a business!

In August 2021, we hired them to do a bathroom refurbish to be completed by April 1, 2022. This was a simple refurbish, no big deal.
In January, I called inquired about the schedule of the project. They didn't have one.
Same in February.
Same in March, when the "manager" said she'd try to "carve out time to schedule the project."
At that point we fired them and hired someone else (who completed the job with skill and finesse).
Only after did I learn that the owner was ill and had turned the company over to a salesperson. She knew how to sell, but knew zero about managing and scheduling construction projects.
They also charge obscene rates ($900 for a one-hour electrical job???? $900 for a two-hour plumbing job??)
Worse, their carpenter and plumber are, as near as I could tell, clueless.
We've done quite a bit of remodeling and never encountered such incompetence and mismanagement. I'm sorry the owner is ill, but boy did he screw up in appointing someone else to run the company on his behalf. Don't use them. They will say yes to anything and follow through on nothing
