I would give them a 5 star review but they left deep tracks in my lawn. It could have been avoided and I've seen them around town laying boards but they didn't for my job. The owner said to spray water and it'll be fine but it wasn't. The patio is good, my only complaints are that the brushing wasn't straight and the saw lines had a lot of chipping. That usually means the blade needs replaced. It might not be a big deal for some but this was a big purchase for us.

This review is specifically for snow removal. I'm a big believer in second chances and and generally easy to please. I hired these guys to remove snow on 3 sides of a commercial building, with priority on the parking lot on 2 of the sides. The team would often show up late in the morning and only remove the sidewalk snow, neglecting to clear the parking spaces altogether. Then I would spend have my workday shoveling after placing a call to the owner, who would apologize and tell me they would do it next time. Fast forward about a dozen snows and they have yet to clear what they were hired to clear. I emailed a clear diagram showing exactly where to clear snow + had several conversations with the owner and the foreman on the ground, showing them exactly what needed to be removed. Still nothing. Save yourself the frustration and call somebody else.
