You came to my house 9/9 and took measurements. Its 10/28; 7 WEEKS and I still don't have an estimate OR even when you will have one. I've called 3 times to be told you are behind etc with NO idea when it will be done. I don't understand why you bothered to even visit me if you are this far out. More upset to not even of been told this on that day. A bit of service and upfront communication would of went a long way to be understanding on this end of the deal!

Really great experience upfront. Very helpful staff that answered a lot of my questions and concerns. They even let me leave a sample of what I was trying to match and then sent me links with recommendations. I was really surprised by pricing too. They were really trying to work in my budget and didn't push anything. However, when came scheduling a time for the house to get the house measured it took about 2 weeks. Then when the house got measured I was told I would have a follow up email about exact pricing for the product I chose. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I definitely would have gone with this company but I'm not going to chase anyone down. If a company doesn't follow through I really don't want to invite them into my house and trust them with my flooring.

They were always on time, quick to complete the job, and just good guys to have around and they kept the work area clean - even vacuumed our hallway when they were done. I know how to tile and I am particular about the results but my life got busy and I had a small project that I wanted to hire done. They treated me great even though I was not a big customer. They are kind and good to work with and I would not hesitate to work with them.
