Great service! We had a plumbing issue in the night and I spoke with Linda who sent someone out right away to assess the problem. Turned out our septic tank needed emptied. Kenny was at our house in the morning and cleared it out. He was very prompt, efficient and kind. He took time to explain things and was done and on his way quickly. Very impressed with the service!
To the entire team at Draintech, Michael, Linda, Will and anyone else I missed thank you so much for taking care of my properties and always willing to work!

Quality service at a great price. The employees are friendly and efficient. They definitely know what they're doing and are able to articulate their work to the customer in a way that is understandable.

I had a washer backing up the floor drain when I ran it. I left work early and met a tech at my house and he said he couldn’t jet the pipe by himself and there was no one in the area. He suggest I chain the pipe and televise it which was twice the cost but he would still have to charge $80 for the service call for the jet truck coming even though he didn’t do anything except not wear boot protectors and get mud on my carpet. Next day I told him just to jet it not chain or televise it. Him and another guy came and he called me after they left and said he couldn’t jet it but he flushed the toilet and everything seems fine. I went home and did a load of laundry and it immediately backed up when the washer drained. I sent him a video of it while it was happening and never got a response. I went and got a power snake and just did it myself. Roto Rooter came a few years back and had no problem jetting it.

They did a very good job when it came to fixing a leak and clearing out my drain. Updated my laundry area in a professional manner. They were really good at sending someone in a timely manner and listening. The receptionist is very welcoming and kind. Very happy with the utility vanity that was installed.
Update: I recently had my water heater changed out and I could not be happier. The water heater was a huge upgrade and the workmanship was amazing. When you take into account the level of craftsmanship and the price of the water heater you can't find a better deal. Based off quotes I collected, I highly suggest using Draintech and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I had a clogged drain and they sent out two people. They were in and out in less than an hour. I was stunned at the bill, I figured it would cost twice as much.
They told me it was guaranteed for a month! Great value, I would hire them again without any hesitation.

I've used Draintech a few times for various plumbing issues. They are always prompt, polite, and do great work. They are pretty much my go-to anytime I need a plumber and they have never let me down! It's comforting to know there is always a business I can rely on should I need it. Keep up the good work!

They do great work, BUT, they never notify you when they are coming and will enter the house when I’m at work. I will never get a call or email that they were there. What only know because things were moved and fixed. This is unnerving when you’re a single female living alone. I guess if you’re a renter and not a homeowner, you’re not worth notifying. They do good work though.

I called draintech out for service on a repeated mainline clogging/slow drain issue. The line clogged late evening the day before thanksgiving. I elected not to use emergency service and wait on normal rates as the problem was manageable . Draintech responded to their email ON THANKSGIVING and scheduled a service the day after thanksgiving. They were able to do a more advanced service including a camera inspection and a net cleaning to get to the bottom of the repeating issue that basic snaking by my home warranty company had not solved. The techs were prompt, courteous, and explained things along the way. Will definitely use them again.
