TMI replaced my water heater. Blake did an outstanding job. Thorough and professional. Will use them again.
I had a plumbing emergency on the 4th of July weekend and I wasn't able to get a plumber to commit to coming out TMI did send someone to my property to fix the issue, which was a burnt out ejection pump. The repairman was very cordial, polite and quick. He didn't have a replacement pump so he had to go and locate one. He left and found a pump to replace my burnt out one and he had me up and running in less than an hour and a 1/2.

We had a stopped up toilet. Tom was amazing . diagnosed the problem and worked on it until the clog cleared. he then said my tank water drained too slow and he could fix that or replace it too while he was here. I decided to replace it and not continue to have problems, We had to clear this through my home warranty company and when he spoke to them on the phone he was very professional. he was AMAZING, as a plumber and a very nice person. thanks, TMI

Gregg was a blessing to us. He diagnosed our issue within seconds and was done installing a dryer kit in under an hour. Fast, efficient, AND he continued to keep a clean work environment. He hooked everything back up for us before he left and thoroughly explained our issue. I would definitely call TMI again!

Devon and Blake came to change a toilet. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleanly, and left the bathroom cleaner than when they found it. I'd recommend for any small or large plumbing job you need completed.

I have used TMI for many years now and have never been disappointed. The company and the staff have always been professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Work is never performed without prior consent and every issue I've had has been resolved quickly and within a reasonable price range. Highly recommend.

Update: the manager called and he explained everything to me. I feel better about what he has to say but the tech just needed to explain better to us. There wasn’t two service charges.
I felt like I didn’t really get much information from the tech that came out. I asked for his honest opinion on what I should do and he said he couldn’t tell me that. Almost like he didn’t want to do the work. Just be able to leave. So I got My husband on the phone with him and he felt it was a very weird. Conversation. Still not sure if our problem is solved. $380 later with 2 service fees from ONE visit ?. We’ll see. But I will Have to say I wasnt Very impressed.

We have used other places in the past. We have used TMI the last 4 years exclusively. They have been amazing every single time! They have sent professionals to do our work. Very knowledgeable and so quick to get us back up to normal. I will never use any other service again. They were able to obtain parts for us that no one else could get. They even got us in sooner than our scheduled appointment this time. Highly recommend you switch like we have. Thank you TMI for not only excellent service but reasonable pricing.

Installation of water conditioner, reverse osmosis purified drinking water and chloramine (+others contaminants) removal was very professionally completed in one day! Like set up even able to match purified water faucet to current kitchen faucets in new home
