A-1 replaced our roof approximately 2 years ago and did an excellent job. This past spring while we were out of the country, we had a tornado go through and blew a tree onto our house. I called David from Germany and he was over the same day to check out our damages and then called me back. By the time we had returned home, David already had met with the insurance adjuster and repairs were made very quickly. Quite the service!!

I hired A-1 to do a roof inspection on a house I was considering buying. I had already made an offer, but the inspection revealed some serious roof issues. I had a conversation with the person at A-1, and as a result of the inspection results, made a counter offer. At that point the seller decided to replace the roof and take the house off the market. So, while I didn't employ A-1 to do any work on the house, their advice and counsel saved me from making a potentially costly mistake. I would definitely consider them for any work on the home I ended up buying!

Our project coordinator, Albania G, was fantastic in drafting the proposal, coordinating with the insurance company, and following through with adjustments that were needed after the old roof was torn off. The roofing crew was incredible. They worked relentlessly to complete the job quickly and there was zero mess in the yard when done.

A-1 replaced two windows in my garage. They were reasonably priced and the work they did was excellent. One of my sons came outside and was asking questions, the installer was very patient in answering his questions and was extremely courteous. Definitely recommend them.

I needed gutter guards and gutters (I thought)
I had 3 companies give me bids. This company came in with the middle price. I decided to go with them because of the young lady that came out to measure and show me the product. Albania was very knowledgeable about the product and made me feel that she cared of my needs. Albania said our gutters were fine and only needed the guards. The other 2, never said I did not need the new gutters.
The product is very good and made sturdy/heavy
I would recommend this product and company. BTW they work great! No more climbing ladders

If you are looking for a contractor to handle your roofing needs, you can stop right here. I could not recommend anyone more highly than A-1 Roofing.
I had a major roofing repair project arise when I had a tree fall onto my house this summer, causing serious damage. I was in need of an immediate response.
I contacted several roofing contractors in the area to come out and assess the damage to my roof and present proposals. David at A-1 was one of the people that came out to inspect my roof. By far, he was the most professional, diligent and helpful person that I met with.
He not only gave me a thorough and detailed assessment, but he also went above and beyond in making sure that my roof was temporarily protected until the roof replacement was scheduled.
Meeting with contractors and needing to sort out all of the details on what needs to be done, especially in an emergency situation like I experienced, can be a daunting challenge. David made this process very easy, and I always felt like A-1 had my best interests at heart.
The quality of the roof repair, as well as gutter replacement, was outstanding and all completed in one day. I could spend a lot of time sharing just how pleased I was with the actual repair of the roof and gutters. They did a wonderful job.
But it was the outstanding customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond that really stood out to me. I had major insurance issues with my insurance provider and David, as well as Albania at A-1, literally took me by the hand and helped me through this complicated and stressful situation. They helped me deal with the insurance provider on countless obstacles. They fought for me in a number of instances and provided insight and knowledge I never would have had on my own.
If you can imagine waking up in the middle of the night with a 150 tree on your house, damage to your roof and gutters in a pouring rain, you can understand the pressure and stress I was under.
From that moment forward and throughout this process I always felt like I had a partner in getting this situation resolved. That partner was David and Albania at A-1 Roofing. I can't tell you how reassuring that was.

From start to finish, our experiences with A-1 Roofing were phenomenal. We had extensive damage to our roof and siding. Insurance delayed full claims for over a year. A-1 worked with us to negotiate with the insurance company and kept us informed of our rights as insured.
Once work begun, the crews were professional and efficient. We are very pleased with the work and services provided by A-1 Roofing. We highly recommend their company and would do business with them again.
