A+ Roofing and Siding is the way to go if you need exterior repairs to your home. After the winter storm we had back in January dropped over 2 feet of snow in a 3 day span, my house decided it couldn’t take it. The weight of the snow/ice ripped off my gutters, facia, soffit, and even some siding. I looked up several different places throughout the Quad Cities area and decided to give these guys a call since they had the best reviews, and right from the start, I was not disappointed. The office answered on the first ring and told me that Adam Rowe would be out to look at home that day, and he was. Adam and I looked at my house for over an hour, late into the evening and he explained everything about what had probably happened very thoroughly. We shook hands and exchanged phone numbers at the end and said we’d be in touch. Once Adam gave me the bid, I thought it was a fair price, and then I just had to wait on my insurance. My insurance and my adjuster took over a month to respond and get me my estimate on my homes damage. Adam was with me on the email thread every step of the way showing proof for the bid. Pricing of the material, how much he needed in everything he had to order, etc. We finally got an estimate, and it was short of the total (SHOCKER) from my insurance company. We, mostly Adam, then had to show more proof and I had to ask for the additional money to get the job done. It then took my insurance company another 3 weeks to get back on that proposal, which is a joke. Adam and I, both patiently waited for answers. He took numerous phone calls, at any time of the day, morning or night from me. Sometimes for questions to do with the job and also at times where I was complaining about the insurance company. When it comes to showing the facts and proof of the job, and the material needed, Adam will lay it all out for you. Finally, we got the money that was needed to do the job and I signed a contract to get the job done. Adam and his team, who I am sure are very busy with lots of other jobs, were at my home within 2 weeks, and completed the job in just 2 days. Sun up to dusk both days, working extremely hard. My house literally looks phenomenal. They did it the right way, I have before and after pictures to prove it in this post. I couldn’t possibly be more satisfied. 10/10. They went above and beyond with my home, fixing everything that needed to be fixed and more. I highly recommend this company to anyone, they will get it done, and Adam will treat you right!
