Called to have a window replaced, they said they'd call and be out to measure, it's been a week and haven't heard anything... Ill take my money elsewhere, since they don't want it..

Have called multiple times over three weeks trying to figure out when they’ll be back out for a broken window and each time they act like they have no clue what I’m talking about when they’ve already been out once and tell me they’ll call me back, but never do.

Salesman Chris forgot about our appointment and came 45 minutes late. Spent 2 hours measuring and discussing windows. Salesman said he would give us a quote 2 days later, but never heard back from him. Show room was dirty and disorganized. They were unfriendly. Wouldn't waist your time with this company.

Poor experience getting windows repaired. Windows were sent home and didn't fit back in frames. After putting a square on them, easy to see they weren't square. When brought back to square up, the gentleman who worked on them showed no concern/apology for the challenge his mistake made, time and miles driven to correct his mistake and actually very rudely laughed when asked for an adjustment to price after taking extra hours off work and driving and extra 50 miles to correct his mistake. Very rude people and shoddy work.
