just a bunch of people who think they’re being progressive but are actually people who have no idea how to treat their employees right if you’re gonna treat them badly at least pay them well.
Full disclosure, I am currently an employee-owner at Van Meter. Before becoming an employee-owner, I was a customer partner for 21 years. It was the way Van Meter as a whole treated me as a customer partner that really gave me the desire to apply when the opportunity presented itself in 2021. The All-In culture and People First approach is what I feel sets Van Meter apart. Van Meter is a fantastic company to do business with. They strive to meet youy needs. I went for a robotics class, and had a great time. Anything the teacher doesn't know, he will follow up with.

Knowledgeable employees willing to find anything. They are number 1 in customer service, and consistently keep most items in stock or they are able to get something quickly. Fair and competitive pricing.

All the employees at Van Meter are very nice! Every single person greets you with a smile on their face... It's a very pleasant work environment ?
