Matthew was extremely helpful during our recent plumbing inspection. He was friendly, knowledgable, and had no issue answering any questions I had. I appreciate his willingness to take the time and teach homeowners during his visit as well!
We were having sewage smells coming from our basement which crept into our air conditioner so we've been without air for a few weeks. Bill M. saved the day! Replaced a few things, along with a new toilet and sewage smells are gone! On top of that, he was VERY knowledgable and explained everything very well. We highly recommend Master Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are reasonably priced and know what they are doing! Thank you again Bill!

one year review. water heater, a/c, furnace all done by them in a few weeks last Aug. Every tech was polite and smart the city inspection that followed passed.
I like the membership they offer gives me front of line service and no weekend on call fees.

Definitely recommend Master Plumbers & especially Bill! He was at our home in about 30 minutes. He was very honest, detail oriented & professional. He made sure we understood everything & was clear about the price from the beginning. We are happy to have a trusted plumber to turn to in the future. Thank you!
Added 4/30/24 At the last visit we decided to get the membership. With the membership we get preventative maintenance inspections. Matthew came to check out our AC unit for the season. He was very thorough & ensured the system will function properly for summer. He explained to start preparing for the possibility of purchasing a new system in the coming years bc our AC is 16 years old.

I had Manny from Master Plumbing come by and check my plumbing. He went through the house checking multiple places for leaks and issues. He found an issue with the water heater which was not surprising considering the age. He answered all my questions about a new tank and what was needed or not based on our being on a well. I thought he did a great job!

Our experience with Master Plumbing was exceptional! I love that they send an email with a picture of the technician who is coming- great safety feature. Every time we have called Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, they have been quick, professional, expert in their craft, and reasonably priced. The first time we called them to our rental house, they broke the news that our old water heater needed replacing, and they had a new one installed within the hour. We joined the Green Club to save on service calls, and they keep our furnace operating at peak performance. Today, Matt performed a routine furnace inspection. He was prompt, friendly, and professional, and provided the high quality service we've come to expect from MPHC.

My furnace stopped working with 29 degrees outside. I called almost every one on the Google maps list, even at 1 or 2 pm they want to charge up to $180 an hour for after hours service that starts at 4pm.
Master plumbing called me back before 3pm with good news of someone on the way to look at my furnace with only $68 for diagnostic. Bob came and made our day a lot easier on us. He came with good news that the issue is really an easy fix.
He contacted the parts shop to reserve the needed part before they close.
He went to get the part, installed it.
I could not believe that the heat was back again and working as it should.
I would definitely recommend them to my best friends.

They're personable, fast, do great work, and always show up when they say... But they're expensive. You pay for their quality but, as a disabled person, it /hurts/ the pockets. That said, I DEFINITELY recommend them, just prepare for the cost. They'll be thorough, efficient, and fast though. I'm a repeat customer so you know that the cost isn't a big enough deterrent compared to quality of service.
