I am the president of an HOA in Marion Iowa consisting of 25 duplexes. In Apri of 2023 we had hail damage to our complex. 14 buildings needed to be reroofed and 35 total units had some repairs including, siding, soffit, facia and roof vents. The total claim was over $575,000.00. Tricounty completed the entire project in 3 weeks with a crew on the site every day. There was also a job site supervisor there all day every day. Very impressed! A special thanks to Tom and Mitch for managing this project start to finish!

We've been putting off doing siding because we just didn't know who to trust with such a big investment. I've seen Tri-County Enterprises signs in neighbor yards, so I called and had them give us an estimate. From the minute I met salesman Tom, I felt at ease. He didn't pressure me to make a commitment and answered follow-up questions I had. Months passed, and we finally pulled the trigger. Coming into fall, I wasn't expecting to be able to get siding done until spring, but low and behold, the call came they could start in a week! Someone showing up when they say they will is a huge deal to us, so come Monday morning at 6:30 am, the dumpster arrived just as they said! Shortly after, all materials arrived, and work commenced! In just two short days, our 2-story house was complete. Granted, the crews can't help the noise they make hammering and sawing, but I was very appreciative there was no loud music playing or loud talking when we both work from home. The crew picked up after themselves and were always friendly when I'd come out to take a peak at progress. Supervisor Damon answered my many, many questions, and it was nice to have someone hands on at the job site daily. We couldn't be happier with the transformation of our house!! We feel confident we made a great choice in contractors who made us feel appreciated, took care of our property, and paid close attention to detail. Those guys should be proud of the hard work they did!

We had hail damage on our house and garage and this was the first time that we had to deal with these items. You hear horror stories about contracting companies but I can say the exact opposite about Tri-County Enterprises. I spoke with Brandon and he worked great with me and with my insurance company to get my roofs, gutters and screens fixed. The crews that came out to our house were extremely professional and replaced our roofs, gutters and screens with quality products and their clean up was quite impressive, like they were not even there. Mandy did a wonderful job with answering any questions I had about payment processing and emailing me updated invoices so I could send off to our insurance company.

I can't rave enough about the high level of communication I've received from everyone I've worked with there. Plus they showed up when they said they would and walked me through every aspect of the process including a recommendation to actually save me money. From Chad and Branden in the office to Mike and Trevor out in the field I've received five star customer service. Plus the quality craftsmanship that came with the steel roof, new gutters/gutter guards and siding repairs I had done is also top notch. I would highly recommend Tri-County!! Great work by all of you.

When I started looking for a new roof I had 3 requirements: Good Product, Good installation, and believe they will be around to help if there are any issues.
I did some research on the product up front, and they sell a highly regarded product. The warranty by Tri-County and the manufacturer are very good. This also supported my belief of good installation, with a great warranty to back it up. They assured me I would not need to pay the invoice until I was 100% satisfied and someone would come buy a few days after to check on the roof. That is great!
The install went great and took less time than we expected. Mitch was the foreman and was a pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time tending to details after the roof was done and the crew had left. Cleanup was superb, we found a couple of things the missed and only one nail. At the end of the job, I sent the president an email thanking them for the great work and complementing Mitch and his crew.
I just heard back from my insurance company and they let me know I was getting a refund on my insurance policy based on this new roof. I roughly estimate my homeowners insurance has decreased by ~20%.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Tri-County. From the first visit and estimate with Tom last fall (2018), through the project work (re-sloping my gutters, new roof, gutter covers), everything has gone smoothly and efficiently. They are extremely responsive to questions via their website contact form, which I appreciate. Once my roofing project was scheduled, the dumpster arrived early that morning, the work team was on-site by 7:00 a.m., and my new roof was DONE by around noon that same day! Mitch was the last to leave and was extremely thorough about site clean-up. I've communicated and dealt with Tom, Chad, Mitch, and Branden and everyone was friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend Tri-County.

Tri-County was great when we needed to replace our roof after a hail storm damaged it. They were the fastest of the companies we contacted to come out and give an estimate. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and professional. They explained our options very well and went over several questions we had about possible changes. They were very good at communicating when we had weather delays that postponed our original work date. The work was done quickly (less than a day from tear off to new roof) and again with full communication about what would be going on and when. Most importantly to us, they were very accommodating when we had issues getting the funding processed from our insurance and mortgage companies.
