Our old tub and shower combination was completely transformed into a fully functional, safe, work of art in just under 8 hours by the professionals at Mad City! Not only did we get to choose all the materials and finishes during our quote with Brandon, we got to decide where we wanted the shelves, grab bars, and niche positioned before they were installed. David quickly and efficiently connected the drain downstairs while Nathan took on the rest of the remodel. Nathan was an absolute Rock Star! He explained the entire process from start to finish, answered all our questions, and did flawless work. We are thrilled with the finished product!
We are very happy with our new shower by Mad City Windows and Bath. During the installation process Nick went through every detail with us. He made sure every fixture, shelf and accessory was accurate and installed in just the right place. Tanner ran the new plumbing and checked for leaks. He gave us a phone number and email address to contact if there should be any water issues that arise in the future. When the project was completed Nick went over how everything works as well as care and cleaning instructions. They were both very courteous cleaned up after themselves, thanked us for our business and allowing them in our home.

We had the best experience with Mad City! The salesman Drew was wonderful. The install crew was even better! Trevor, Dave, and Paul replaced 12 windows in just under 2 days work. Incredibly kind and professional men, not enough good things can be said. The windows are even better than expected. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Great crew showed up right away in the morning got right to work. Clear communication between them and us about the process, and with each other no one stood around waiting for instructions always kept busy. Trevor, Dave, and Joe came to do our installation and they were very friendly and excellent hard working team and they got the job done quickly and quality of the install is amazing. We are grateful for the amazing results and the fantastic service. Thank you and will highly recommend them and mad city bath and windows to friends and family

Amazing experience! Mad City has shown us great appreciation and dedication to get things done in a timely manner. Bob Berglin was our Sales person to show us the ropes on what to expect in the process and came on a Saturday to show they are dedicated in their window service. As my wife and I work strenuous hours it was hard to get both of us together to make this decision. He went through all the steps and the process and actually saved us a buck or two! Highly recommend! Seth was our measure tech. Without him we would’ve probably not of gotten the right measurements. Thank you! Trevor and Dave was the install team and they did a phenomenal job installing the five windows on our house! When they were done they were flawless! Toby the field manager was a great help figuring out the issues if any occurred and they all did amazing thank you for an amazing team and highly recommend! Only got a picture of two windows but they all look amazing! Thanks again mad city!!

Brandon and Dave arrived on time, and got started right away. They were friendly, efficient , and very respectful to my property. I had a bay window that I wanted to change, and that has to be very challenging, but they left the new window looked absolutely fantastic. I am very impressed with my new windows!!! I will be recommending them to anyone!

Brandon and Gregory arrived on time and got started right away. They were professional, very respectful of my property, and courteous. They left behind beautiful windows without construction mess or waste. Everything was cleaned and working perfectly when they left. We got our cabinets refaced with Mad City. So very happy with the work!! Michael did a great job and was super helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend them and their team!!! The results were even better than we imagined!!

Dave Miller and Greg Collins are the guys you want to come out and install your windows. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and hard working! I had 6 windows replaced and they did an amazing job! They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything looked perfect before they left. Mad City Windows and Baths was a great company to work with and I will be using them in the future! I highly recommend this company and these two, hard working guys!!!!
