I have a business 2 one way hrs away. We do floor work. We had a customer with substantial grout issues. We used a color guide. The local store had the color on their shelf. My daughter who lives in the area pick up 2 bags in case we had to do serious removal etc. She paid cash and brought it to me the day before the project. We were able to correct issues with out serious grout replacement. I stopped this am. After 9 am. Showroom still closed. At the will call door the guy was nice but laughed at me when I mentioned show room not open. I asked to return the 2 sealed unopened not special ordered grout. Company policy is no returns on cash sale grout even if it’s in opened. WOW!!! I know where I won’t spend my cash in the future! Order#402831 in case someone needs to reach me. That was not relayed at the time of purchase either!! It would have saved me a wasted trip today. Not impressed
