Insanely overpriced even to commercial account holders. I purchased three items last week in a bind and then called Site-One to find out availability and prices. They charged 18.99 for one z spray screen. Site one $4.60. Spinner Plate for ZSpray 64.00. Site One 36.00. So needless to say the items are going back and I highly recommend you shop around before buying anything here.
If you are looking for a new mower or any yard equipment, this is the place to go. GREAT team to work with!!

Called in if they can fix my snowblower. They said yes, but probably in 2 weeks. I understand because we are in May. I load up my snowblower, drive there. Then when I get there, they tell me actually it’s going to be at least a month and it’s going to be outside and the sun will hit it. Umm actually why don’t you just come back in October? Ok thanks for wasting my time and gas. And having to load my snowblower into my car. Should have told me no from the start like another company said.

Owner Brings personal problems into work. Don't leave his niece's ex husband alone when at work and has permission to park his truck in a lot where it's no where close his Clive power. Don't recommend using them. Bad customer service.

The sales person was great and knowledgeable, but avoid the service department at all costs.... They were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful on 2 separate occasions.
Last year, had them pick up our mower for the yearly service, and the battery was completely dead when they brought it back. I called them up, they got an attitude and said they checked it yesterday and it was completely fine. The battery wouldn't charge enough to start the engine, so I went and purchased a $150 battery to get the mower into the garage.
Called this year for the yearly service again, and asked if they could pick up the mower at my mother in laws and drop it off at my house. They said they don't typically do that. I explained that the drop off location was closer. He scoffed at me, and said if I was going to be that way, then I could pay double the delivery price. I asked him if that was policy because they didn't mention this last year when I asked the same question. He said it's the owner who set that policy, so it was that price or no service.
I will never return. The other place I called in Des Moines was fantastic. Seek other options....seriously.
