We wanted to update our family room furniture after over 20 years but needed design help. We worked with Jessica at By Design. I wanted someone to help me figure out what would work for us and then to order it all in one place. Jessica listened to us and understood our needs and wants. She visited our home to see the space and understand our style. She selected options for us to choose from. The pieces she selected and the fabrics were great! We love everything about our new family room. I would highly recommend Jessica! Thank you!
Fun place to shop. Good people here. Quality and uniqueness is what they have. Purchased a wide corduroy cuddle chair and soon after got rid of the recliner and ordered another one. I love the quality of their furnishings.

From the first day I met Laura I felt comfortable in her hands. My worries that I would be pushed into expensive furniture were gone. Laura worked with me to try to find what I wanted even when I didn't know. I ordered a fabric and had a couch made for my exact needs for my family room. She offered great ideas for what type of carpet would compliment it. Thank you Laura

We had a wonderful experience with Laura Beeler at By Design when we were choosing furniture for our sunroom addition. She spent a lot of time listening to us and getting an understanding of how we planned to use the space, then provided recommendations. She helped me feel more confident in our choices and gave great direction on fabrics, layout, spacing, etc. We are absolutely thrilled with the final results and greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service.
