When we locked ourselves out of our car, we called Ian’s Lock & Key. Ian showed up promptly and got us in our car. The thing we mostly appreciated is he didn’t scratch or make any marks on our car. If I ever need another locksmith I will be using Ian in the future.

Around 8:15AM I received a call my wife was locked out of our house…Given the circumstance it was an urgent situation. I called Ian and explained and he was on site in 20 minutes and had my wife inside within 25 minutes of calling. While he was there he changed a deadbolt and made us several spare keys as well. He made knowledgeable recommendations on products and we were pleased with a great price and service. My wife said he was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We were so thankful for the swiftness given the situation. We will be calling Ian and only Ian for all locksmith needs. Thanks again, man!

I was in a hurry to get somewhere and had to call Ian because in that rush, I had locked my keys in the back of my van. He didn't waist anytime to get here. He was in the van within 2 mins. I suggest using Ian to unlock your vehicle. You won't won't be waiting forever. Very friendly as well.

My pops is out of town on business for the the next two weeks and has the only key to the house with him; that hasn't been a problem because I could use the garage door to get in. Low and behold, the garage door would not open up tonight. I checked for windows I had left unlocked to no avail. I'd heard good things about Ian before from a family friend and figured it couldn't hurt to try and call him. I'd never used a locksmith before yesterday and I will never call a different locksmith after my experience with Ian. He was prompt and polite. He got my front door open at a reasonable price and the whole ordeal was less than 45 minutes including the time it took him to drive over. Thanks so much for the positive experience, and I hope other people have the opportunity to take advantage of your exceptional service.
