Arik Hess was here on March 1 to check the mouse traps, and see if I had any other issues. He was very thorough, very professional. He checked and sprayed the exterior of the house as well as the garage interior. I was very pleased with our first visit.
I've been with Miller Pest control for quite awhile. Today was best for service to me given by Austin. Everyone at Miller Pest Control should be given a great review. Best investment I have ever made.

Paid for installation of termite traps and bait . Asked if I wanted them to come back next year and rebate traps . I said I will let them know . Kept charging my credit card monthly, without my permission. Stopped payment and they came and stole the bait traps that I had paid for . Zero stars . Don't like crooked business

I've been using Miller for about 6 months now and I have only had great experiences with everyone I deal with. My most recent visit with the technician Austin Dodge was great. He helped me understand some things about how they judge my needs and also reminded me about mosquito treatment options. Really enjoy having them look after my house and keeping things as pest free as possible.

I signed up for Pest Control at the Home Show earlier this year. This is the first time I have used a professional exterminator. Asher Lacroix came out last week to provide the first application. He was very professional and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. I’m severely allergic to stinging insects. Asher was extra thorough outside to ensure that I will not have issues with wasps this summer. So far, I am very pleased with the service and the personnel that I have interacted with.

I had an annual service contract with them, they came out once and did their thing and I paid via automatic payment. Apparently at the end of the year the auto payments stopped, but they kept coming and emailed me invoices. I didn't realize this because the emails went to a spam folder. By the time I realized this they already sent it to collections. I understand that it's my responsibility to pay, but I paid every month for a year, so it only seems reasonable that if I stop paying all of a sudden that maybe there's an issue. Maybe try calling before sending it collections? I had good experiences with them prior to this, but based on this experience I can't recommend Miller the Killer.

When we moved to Des Moines, our new home had mice. Miller Pest & Termite came highly recommended to us by several people for their own mouse problems. Besides mice, we have also used Miller to deal with ants that got into our garage as well as general inspections for wasp and bee nests. We also had them install a termite bait system as a precaution. Having a monthly charge is a little difficult to swallow sometimes, but there is convenience in simply calling them and scheduling an appointment. The mice, ants, bees, spiders, and some others are covered under that monthly fee. I just had to call them. Additionally, I do not have to store poisons or work with poisons – and I prefer not to.
Miller sent us a technician by the name of Chandler and have tried to send him out specifically each time. With Chandler, not only does he address our issues, he also takes the time to explain. The education he provides if you ask questions have been explanations I will take to heart for future moves. The last visit he came out, Chandler also went out of his way to elaborate on recent trends and pests they have been dealing with elsewhere. Proactive education for customers is generally a rare thing.
Overall, we are not disappointed in our choice.
