Our experience with Angie to choose what we wanted for our blinds and getting them ordered was great. Once the order arrived however, and we had our first of THREE installation appointments, we were less than happy. There was no communication about what was going on unless we initiated it. One of our blinds was broken and had to be re-ordered. After 3 weeks of no communication from anyone, we tried contacting someone to get some information and were only then notified that it was back ordered. We were hoping to build a relationship with Randy’s as a local business to work with after moving into our new home, but we will not be doing business here again.

One star for never calling back or FOLLOWING THRU AFTER COMING TO MEASURE! I NEVER RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE EVEN AFTER THE FELLA SAID he would send one! I Called to ask for the estimate but again no one called back! If this is how they treat potential business it makes one wonder about the quality of install!!!????? BEWARE! We will definitely be calling a more reputable company-one that follows through! Maybe removing carpet and replacing with the same hardwood vinyl tile (in the rest of our home) in two bedrooms isn’t a big enough job them!

We had purchased flooring for a bedroom and main flooring and thought we would go back and see what they could do for our addition and other bedroom. I will tell as in the other purchases, their pricing is very competitive and high quality products. We have purchased from the main floor and the discounted flooring they have in the back. We ended up having them do our staircase since the price was reasonable. We got our estimates and install dates set and the installers were fantastic and very professional. They communicated on what they would be doing and explained why. Made me feel good there wasn't services being done that didn't need to be. It was a pleasure working with Cole. We had several conversations and he allowed us to make changes in a timely manner. Our whole house has been done by Randy's. I wouldn't hesitate to have them do any future jobs. I won't waste time checking other places out

Randy's gets a 5 plus star ? rating from me! We've used them multiple times and they have never disappointed. This time was no exception. From the time you walk in the door, until the last payment, they excelled. We picked out the carpet, Cole scheduled the measuring, gave them 50% down payment, scheduled the carpet install, (carpet guys did an excellent job as usual), received the final bill and paid that. From start to finish was 2-3 weeks. Excellent service, excellent work from installers, and a reasonable price. Very happy and would highly recommend!
