We had a great experience at Blue Lagoon! The item we purchased was delivered promptly and Katie even came to our home for the startup tutorial on her day off just to accommodate our schedule. Communication after the sale has been excellent. There was even an issue with one of my payments that was completely my fault and they were patient and understanding throughout that process. Don’t look anywhere else!
So happy with Blue Lagoon. We were researching different brands of hot tubs to purchase and stopped into the Iowa City location. Extremely impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. We decided on a Caldera spa. Steve and Jeff were great to work with throughout the entire process, from initial questions to delivery and set up. Definitely recommend Blue Lagoon for any of your spa or pool needs. Five star customer service!

Best service in the area. So happy with our new Caldera Spa. The delivery went great and Steve came out after and taught me all about how to take care of it. Highly recommend. Great folks there for sure!

I have had a swimming pool since the early 90s. I have used several pool companies over the years. The Blue Lagoon focuses on customer service, and customer satisfaction. They step up at the table every time you need them. They are very friendly, outgoing, and I will never switch pool companies ever. That treat customers like family! I realize that a lot of pool companies have a bad reputation for customer neglect. Not this one!

I have owned a pool for over 5 years and shopped at all of the pool supply stores in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Blue Lagoon is the best place in the area by far when you need to purchase a pool and pool supplies. Best staff and help around!
It is 5 years later so now I have had a pool for over 10 years and I still recommend Blue Lagoon for all your pool needs. Best staff in the area. Jeff and his crew are the best!

Imagine if they hide this kind of stuff what stuff would they hide about their service or employees!!!!
Awful service. We paid in advance, they came and said they could open up the pool because the motor was down. They said they would call us back to see if they could fix it, they never did. We called and called, and they kept on telling us they would call us back and never did. From the beginning, I would have appreciated it that they would have told us they couldn't, no problem. Then when I asked for my money back, they said fine, but they said they would never work for us again!!! When we didn't do anything wrong.

1st time owner of a hot tub. we have had great service after the sale! Jeff and the team are outstanding. they understand the water challenges in our area and recommend sound advice!

Simply put, Jeff and the Blue Lagoon staff has the best customer service in the area. I have had some interaction with all the pool suppliers in the area and Blue Lagoon is by far the best. I would recommend them to anyone. I did not purchase my pool through Blue Lagoon but they still support me like I did, I cannot say enough good things about this company.
