Wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. Scott was so knowledgeable and really kept looking for what we wanted in a hot tub and kept us in our desired budget. Delivery went perfect no issues and they were on time. Would definitely recommend Aqua Palace to everyone I know or don’t know for that matter ?
Had a great experience. They are extremely knowledgeable. Walked through every aspect of the different style spas to help us select the right one for us. On time with installation too! Thank you!

We purchased an 18’ x 30’ above ground pool from Aqua Palace and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. From the initial consultation, all the way through the install, the folks at Aqua Palace were very responsive to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is also looking to turn their backyard into a vacation oasis.

Shopped the entire metro and decided on our local business based on competitive pricing, long history of local service and a great selection of spas. Communication after the sale has been fantastic, making it easier to learn how to care for our new spa.

The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We are very satisfied so far with the sales and delivery and st up with our new hot tub. We look forward to doing more business with them.

Ordered a replacement part for my hot tub online- asked for a call if there was a problem or if they could help find a pice to go over the sticker. I was very surprised to get a text as well as a cal from Jennifer who was super helpful! The part went out that same day in the mail! Great customer service!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jennifer, Jason and their install team did a great job. Very happy with my new spa, and so glad we could support a locally owned small business. Way to go, Aqua Palace. Side effect of new spa: causes AMAZING sleep!

We could not recommend Aqua Palace enough. After visiting numerous hot tub stores in the area, we were lucky enough to stop in the store to look at Marquis hot tubs. Scott was amazing. He was extremely helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our experience from our initial visit to the install was top notch. The installers were just as helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great hot tub coupled with a great customer service experience, Aqua Palace is the place for you. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
