Our ceilings were cracked and we had several nail pops with several stress cracks on the walls. Steve came and resecured our ceilings and repaired all the cracks. We couldn't believe how much the ceilings were separating from the joists. Steve did a great job resecuring the ceilings and repairing all the stress cracks. We would highly recommend working with him and his company.

Extremely professional and replied to my messages in a timely manner. Took great care to keep everything clean when repairing the plaster wall in my bedroom. Mr. Hensel was very nice and kept me informed during the entire process. The work looks great!

Hensel Plastering came in today to repair a bad patch job from another contractor. He came in, cut out all of the bad, discovered the job was much worse from water damage ( where the prior contractor didn't repair). He came in on time, put drop cloth on the floor, and got to work. He even matched the texture of the ceiling about perfect! We were blown away with the level of professionalism and quality of work that he performed.

My husband and I live in a home from 1880 and had some plaster issues in our living room. We saw Steve's website that indicated he does jobs "big or small" and our job was pretty small. My husband immediately called him and left a message. He got back to us right away and put us on the schedule in a very timely manor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and job with Steve. Our plaster looks seamless and beautiful.

Steve came promptly and gave us a lot of information about the process for our remodel and repairs. They did a great job of matching our existing wall texture from the 1970s. Job took the number of days he estimated. Had a small problem with a couple of can lights and Corey (Cory?) came and fixed them right away.
