We had great service from beginning to end. Troy was very quick with responses and good communications. Materials came in quickly and they started the job right away. In 2 days our kitchen, dining room, laundry room, sun room, and two bathrooms were tiled. Christian and Oriel were fantastic. They worked hard and constant. Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Replaced woodwork trim that was originally missing and fit tile the way it should be to make everything look like new and perfect. You could tell they took great pride in their work. They asked questions to be sure they were doing things just the way we wanted and offered good information to help with decision making. So glad I listened to thier suggestions. Kept their work spaces tidy and cleaned up. Highly recommend Bryan Flooring.

Outstanding service, follow-up, purchase, and friendly. Selection is beyound belief. Never did we feel pressured during our entire process. Yesterday, Brian, our installer, removed our sprial staircase threads. Remade every one of them and wrapped them with carpet. Re-installed threads today, landing, ledge, and bedroom, to including 5 thresholds. Brian is a fantasic, seasoned installer who completed the installation and cleaned up and vacuumed the whole job!
