I rarely take time to review anything, but it is my pleasure to write a review of Louie's Floor Covering. I called in a panic a little more than a month ago and spoke with Beth. I told her I had a really tight deadline to replace all of the carpet in our new house, juggling painters and other contractors, plus I selected a carpet that had to be ordered. She not only made it all happen, she got everything done early!! And Tony and his carpet crew were phenomenal! I can't say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond in every way. I am SO grateful! Do not look any further for your flooring needs... Louie's is your best bet!!

It’s always a pleasure to work with Louie’s! We have gone to Beth at Louie’s for several flooring projects and tile/backsplash updates and each project was smooth and easy and the best quote in town. They have been in business for many years and also know other good contractors and suppliers for other home updates. As a result, we have been given excellent recommendations and referrals for complimentary home projects beyond the scope of work they are completing in our home. I highly recommend calling Louie’s for any of your flooring or tiling needs!

We had three rooms done with vinyl flooring by this company. The professionalism was actually second to none. The guys who did the installation knew exactly what needed to be done and were extremely cautious in even moving the appliances. Because of how perfect everything looks we’re going to contact this company and no other for the carpet. Thanks guys. I’m very glad I used a company who delivered on their reputation.

Louie's installed the LVP flooring in my townhouse. During the first year, they were very responsive and fixed several of the problems. Now I have a space between two of the boards in the middle of the kitchen. I contacted them to ask how to fix it and they said they would have someone stop by - even though I told them I was out of the one year warranty. I thought that was very nice. Two months later, no one has stopped by and they will not respond to my emails. If they weren't going to do anything, they could have just told me. I will contact another flooring company to have it fixed.

The quality and price were fine but the communication from our sales person Michael was lacking as were the installers. The installers didn't show up when they said they would, didn't stay the whole day, didn't reinstall the doors correctly that they removed and no follow-up afterwards to assure satisfaction.
I was disappointed considering their reputation and the amount of flooring we purchased.

I had a great experience with Louie’s getting new flooring for a home office. Beth was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the flooring I wanted! I didn’t even have to go there! She sent me samples off what they had in stock and Francie, the nice man that came out to measure brought samples too! The installers, Zach and CJ were awesome too! They did a great job and were very professional! I felt comfortable with them in my house! I will definitely be using Louie’s when in am ready to do the rest of the flooring in our home!

Could you probably find cheaper prices at a big box store? Yes. Would you get the quality customer service you deserve when spending your hard earned money? Absolutely not. This is one of the few places that still exists that embodies the old school, shake your hand, know your name service. To me that's well worth the extra few bucks.
