Business opens only when they want. Bad service, they take care of customers they like only.
Placed order online July 8th. Didn’t hear anything for 10 days so I emailed July 18th about my order. He said there is problem with shipping and it’s going to cost more… I replied that’s ok. Said he’d take care of it that day which was July 19. Still didn’t hear back from him if he shipped it out yet. July 23 I messaged him again about my order. Reply back on July 24 that he was sick, but would take care of it that day.
July 26 I messaged him again about order, which is now 18 days. I said if I didn’t hear back from him by end of day I would get my credit card company to cancel payment. He didn’t respond.
Very disappointed with this company

Upon trying to do business with this business communication fell through. After sending pictures as requested communication ended. I called once more and they failed to respond. Very disappointing ?

I called looking to get some work done. Randy told me I don't do that but he took the time to research and give some leads on people in my area that would do the work. Which lead me to finding a shop! That's great customer service in my book. Thanks Randy!

I drove from south side to purchase a lot of bulk of orders. the worker told me on the phone that they will be closed at 3pm due to the holiday for the weekend. drove out here at 2:30pm but closed. If I had come later, then I understand, but come on. Keep your words if you run a serious business. I must say. I am leaving with a huge disappointment.
