Our company, RMH Architects, worked with Breiholz Construction on a large restroom renovation project for Des Moines Public Schools. They were responsible for overseeing four separate schools during an aggressive summer project schedule and they were very efficient and on top of things through the course of construction. Great communication and responsiveness to changes in the work given the tight timeline for construction. They take full ownership of the project and produce a high quality product. We look forward to working with them again!
Have work with Breiholz on both sides of the construction business. We have sold them for years and have had them do remodels for us. Always is Great to work with Steve and all the people at Breiholz.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for the great work Breiholz Construction did on our project last year. In the midst of some adversity, such as sub-contractor issues and supply chain delays they stood with us all the way and completed the project on budget. Their professional manner and responsiveness was exceptional. Our project involved several very different tasks including, a new concrete driveway, city main water supply installation, fire safety alarms and lighting, sprinkler installation, new bathrooms and remodeled bathrooms. All of this was being done to a building that is 50-70 years old. The challenge was not too much for Breiholz and they performed their work with outstanding workmanship. Kyle, Frank and Colton in particular gave us immediate and courteous attention and responded to calls and concerns in a timely manner. Thank you to Breiholz Construction for helping Grinnell Christian Church and the Central Iowa Christian School accomplish our mission and meet the needs of our members and youth.

Greg Lettington and the Breiholz team are finishing up our latest office upgrade at Commonwealth Electric. In the past year we have added 8 additional offices and 1 new conference room. We have had excellent responses and attention to all of our requests, helping us every step of the build out process. I would highly recommend using the Breiholz team to anyone looking for a professional contractor. Thank you also to Steve Ferguson for setting all of this in motion and directing us to Greg.
