Totally agreed with Margaret comment below, saw AD on TV called to schedule an assessment and was told the same thing. You'd think they would not show ADs in IA if they don't service IA.....just saying!!! The search continues.
Great experience with our new generator. Installation was smooth and everything was taken care of timely. Highly recommend for installation and service!

I am disappointed with the experience of the info-mercial and corresponding phone call with a Generac Telemarketer! The Iowa company, the Generac Telemarketer scheduled my assessment appointment with, is three hours away from where I live! They are in another City entirely and don't travel throughout IA to provide Generac support. The company apologized and said they could not help me; and they said they didn't understand why Generac keeps referring their company to Citizens throughout IA as a Dealer because they do not travel and cannot help everyone in IA. I have since called around to local companies to try to find a local Generac Dealer, no success so far! A very bad experience all in all!
