Wow Heidi! All these damage stories sound EXACTLY like mine. "Sand" seems to be your go to. My insurance company is going to fight this so like I said, I need your insurance info so I can send in my 911 call report. Your excuse of not calling me for almost 2 wks because of the holidays and not sending me the email info you claimed you would seems to be on par for you according to these comments. The pictures on this page of dirt is exactly what I described to you. Deep reddish brown with rocks. I'll be damned. Color me shocked.

Awful company, stay away! They don’t follow DOT guidelines and endanger everyone on the roads. Not to mention flying rocks out of their dump trucks, peppering peoples’ cars. If you attempt to contact them, they will just swear at you, hang up, and turn their phones off. If you look at their reviews, this is a common thing for them. SECURE YOUR LOADS. Does nobody in the company require an education?

I was driving on the interstate behind one of their trucks & a rock flew out and cracked my windshield (mind you I was two car lengths behind them). Right when it happened i pulled over and spoke to some in their dispatch office and advised them of what happened, the man that answered the phone said that he didn't know what to tell me and that they do not pay for that and to call my insurance and pay my deductible I told him I didn't do anything wrong and feel i should not have to do that and that whatever load the driver was moving should've had tarp so stuff like that doesn't happen, he said he would have his owner call me and she never called. I called back & she told me the same thing he said I am highly upset over this matter. This company needs to pay for the damage they did.

COVER YOUR TRUCKS! Your company has repeatedly had rocks come out of your trucks and crack windshields. When calling to ask about reimbursement for the window replacement I was told my number would be passed on. This happened on Saturday, on Monday there was no response, on Tuesday there was no response so by Wednesday I called on my break and Heidi said “oh i have your number sitting right here” my first question is if you have my number why haven’t you called me back? Anyway Heidi first claimed that truck only had sand in it so it wasn’t possible, then she comes back and claims that the trucks was empty so there was no way that it was them. When in fact the truck was full of rocks. Do the right thing take responsibility. She has a horrible attitude and gets joy out of the misfortune of others driving behind or around her trucks. This company definitely needs to be held accountable.

Had a rock fly out of their truck 115, tried contacting the company, no one has responded, shattered my windshield which was perfect before. I will now have to spend over $500 to replace something I didn't break. Sadly sounds like this is a common thing for the company.
