I have used Springer for the past 7 years and they have provided very professional service during this time. They have responded quickly to any issues that I have had since I started using their services. Their technicians are thorough and answer any questions that I may have about services. Kevin is my current technician, and he makes sure that I'm satisfied with service and addresses any trouble spots that I inform him of. I highly recommend Springer Professional Home Services.

We have used Springer since 2003 and been very happy with service! Nature is a force and wasps don’t make good guests on the patio. I text Aric and it’s handled. His customer service is excellent and trust him completely on maintenance and acute needs

In years past, Springer has always been top notch. We used them for 5 years, until losing our home and about 100 trees in a tornado in March 2022. We had to go through a complete demo & rebuild, which took over 2 years. Now when trying to reestablish service, I need to pay double to get started up again, also learning that pricing has increased quite dramatically. I get that pricing has gone up, it has for pretty much all goods and services in the past few years. What I don't agree with though, is being asked to pay another startup fee when they confirmed that all of our information is still on file. Nothing has changed, except we have considerably fewer trees and a different style of house. The explanation given to us today is that the first visit is to find where the mosquitoes are & could need more spray, also doesn't fly with me. This is something that would happen each Spring regardless. We are also down about 100 trees lost in the tornado, so if anything, we'd assume amount of insecticide used to be less, but yet our monthly fee quoted now is ~ 2x higher than what our previous agreement was. It's been difficult enough to restart after losing our home, but I feel like it's a chance to get more $$ off of us. We didn't leave for another company's service; we lost our home and had to move into temporary housing 25 minutes away. My opinion, but I think there should be exceptions in your company's policy that will allow for grace for situations like this. Needless to say, we are feeling disappointed that Springer is choosing to go this route. I really liked the convenience & professionalism shown by the technician back then (and this is why I'm still giving 3 stars instead of 1). Springer does good pest control service, but we just won't be a returning customer.

I am so happy with our Springer Pest Control. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and you get what they promise. We are so lucky to have Mike S. as our pest control technician. He always texts when he is coming, is so flexible with our crazy schedule, and is so professional. We have tried other companies and Springer is hands down the best.

Mike does a wonderful job for our home needs. I called him yesterday to inquire about adding a spray to our already monthly mosquito spray. He assured me he would be at our home the next day to take a look and take care of our needs. Mike is reliable, a great communicator with his reminder visits & easy to work with! Amazing service!! Mike Stanley always schedules ahead of time and arrives on time each service. He is also very respectful of your property when completing your needed service. He ask all the right questions and answers any concerns you should have. Would recommend to everyone.

Andy has been my technician for the full time at our current address and is always personable and arrives when he was scheduled to arrive. Always willing to do a little extra when situations change.
