Technician was great. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. On the way out he heard a toilet running and took a look and fixed it as well even though it was not their issue. Had them remodel two bathrooms and the follow up service has been outstanding.

Thrasher's sent reminder text last night and as the Tech was on his way this morning which I appreciated. Tech arrived on time, inspected the unit outside and adjusted fan setting inside, as I asked him to do. He explained what he had done and advised me to call for service if condensation occurs during our very muggy summer. All in all, I can't imagine a more efficient, better service call.

Service is wonderful. Thrasher is very responsive, the techs know what they are doing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is this is the second time I've had someone out to do work and I've had to wash my bathroom rugs and floor. I think shoe covers would help a lot. We come out of tub or shower clean and don't want to step on rug/floor that has been walked on with shoes.

I had Thrashers put in a new Furnace and central air in 2015. They do the yearly service calls on both. I have been very pleased with gentlemen doing the service calls. When doing the service call on the air conditioning this week they discovered a leak in the coil. They were able to get a replacement and change it out the same day and it was still under warranty. Great Job!

I began using Thrasher several years ago when they were the only heating service that would answer their phone on a Saturday evening. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable; he fixed the problem that evening. I’m currently using them for my entire HVAC system and plumbing. Thrasher also did a kitchen remodeling project for me that still looks great. Recently, I had a hole in my gas flue. Toni went out of her way to get a serviceman to my home promptly. I've always been completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend you try Thrasher.

My repairman today was experienced and did a great job with the repairs and replacements in my bathroom. He was friendly and explained what he was doing as he worked. My house is 60 plus years old so there were some age issue repairs but he fixed those all calmly and efficiently. I told him if he would have stayed and peeled off the old wallpaper exposed with the new smaller sink and vanity, I would have given him an A+.
