We bought a new house with a pool and it was a mess! We removed the cover and the water looked like coffee. A friend recommended Central Iowa Pool & Spa and they helped me get the pool crystal clear.
Every person I worked with took the time to explain what I needed and ran at least 10 water tests over 3 weeks. Each person there was helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend these fine people to any pool newbies!
Mario and team are outstanding. The experience from start to finish was exceptional as is their continued customer service. Highly recommend!

Our pool heater was leaking, when I took a pool water sample to be tested, it was determined my water was good so the very next day Central Iowa sent a tech down & the problem was found. Much to my surprise Dan called & scheduled the tech to replace the part today, all within 72 hrs. Super happy with every aspect of dealing with Central Iowa pool. We bought our latest pool from them & our heater - we truly trust them!

The staff at Central Iowa Pool is awesome! They have patiently helped me get my Swimspa water in balance after trying for months at other stores. I won’t go anywhere else! Katelyn and her whole staff are the best!

I have had my Sundance hot tub 9 years and have never had problems and the most friendliest people in their office and always ready to answer any questions that you have

THE BEST!! All of the staff have been helpful and patient with us as we learn to be pool owners. Mario is very knowledgeable, honest and kind! Cannot recommend Central Iowa Pool and Spa enough!

I won’t go anywhere where else! They have solved all my pool problems and given us 4 summers of fun in safe clean pools!
They are knowledgeable, friendly and beyond helpful. They are one on one and even write down detailed instruction and answer all questions. I also might add they use reliable chemicals and guarantee them as long as you don’t use others. However in my experience I have never needed anything other than what they have suggested! I have 18ft x 48in above ground pool and sometimes I feel like those are almost harder to keep managed than one bought and installed by a professional.

I live closer to a competitor store, but I will always go to Central Iowa Pool &Spa from now on. They are very professional, fast and only recommended what I actually needed after testing my water. It is definitely worth the 20 minute drive for us. Highly recommend!
