The gutter on my house was damaged by their ladders which took them a year to repair. They want full payment before the insurance check comes in. They didn't want to finish the job, but they wanted payment in full. Use anyone else.

So I had 2 local companies come look and deever and the other company said it needed some repairs but not the whole roof. When my roof does need it they will be the first i call. I had a leak in a rental property roof Russ went out to look at it on Tuesday early morning it is now 4:30 on Friday and I cannot get ahold of them to let me know what they found I have made 6 phone calls to their office no one answers and I have left Russ voice mail he will not return my call if this company does not want my work they should just tell me instead of wasting a week of my time with a roof that is still leaking I would have happily paid to have it fixed but that is difficult to do when you can't reach anyone at their company. I had heard good things about them and I'm disappointed to find out they are so disorganized and have such horrible customer service.

I am so impressed with this company! We noticed leaking from the ceiling, and called the roofing company who had originally installed the shingles...they never called back. So I called Deever's and they had someone come out right away this morning. The problem was minor, so he fixed it while he was inspecting the roof...and didn't charge us!!! We will definitely call back when and if we ever need roofing replacement or repair!
