Heartland Roofing and Siding to the rescue! When our home was damaged by hail and wind on May 7, 2023 I made the call to a local Heartland Rep J.W. He was out the next day to survey the damage, a day sooner than my insurance adjuster. He left me with ample samples of shingles and siding so that we could make a choice on our new colors. Once we made the decision, it was only a matter of days before they were back to start. The roofing team came first to tackle the job of tear off and installation of new shingles. They started the job by 8 a.m. and were done with installation by 3:30. The new roofs (house and shed) look great. The siding job took a bit longer to complete, but not by fault of Heartland. My insurance company, Travelers Insurance, didn't want to do the entire job, only 2 sides and try to match up the 30 year old color with a current color. Unfortunately, that didn't work out so well for Travelers, don't use Travelers as your insurance company, they have terrible customer service. Heartland installed the 2 sides as directed by Travelers, the color did not match and then Heartland came back to finish the job after I had to prove it to Travelers the colors didn't match. Peyton, the job foreman, was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions or take care of any issues that came up. He was sure to communicate with us every step of the way when crews would be arriving and the expected work to be done while they were here. Heartland had dedicated people on their crews that did nothing but keep the site picked up and clean during the entire project. They kept the grounds clear and were to ensure they left the property in nearly the same condition they found it. I highly recommend Heartland Roofing, Siding and Solar for any of your needs. They will get the job done right and if not satisfied, will make it right!
Most detailed estimate I got out of four for siding my house. The workmanship is superb! When you call for an estimate, ask for Kenny.

We had a small project to correct a ventilation issue in our roof. John helped walk us through what we needed to do. The process from start to fix was easy and affordable. The two guys that did the work were quick and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this company.

With the hail storm we had in early spring of 2023, we decided to look at Heartland for all the repair work since we had been talking about investing in solar. We worked with great teams for both the roof, siding and other repairs and went right into adding solar after those were done. They were diligent in working through any issues that popped up to make sure everything was being done to their high standards and our satisfaction. We have been enjoying the benefits of the new solar install with battery backup since October of 2023 and are extremely pleased.

They were extremely professional, explained everything that was going to happen, how it was going to happen and when. No hidden fees, no over pricing, no B.S., the work was outstanding, the crew was polite, knew there individual jobs. I have no complaints whatsoever, I would highly and have recommended them for roofing and siding jobs.

The Heartland team was purely amazing! Tanner was quick to respond to any questions we had and Kenny was quick to give me updates of when we could expect work to get completed. It was difficult choosing a color and he was so understanding and gave us examples around the neighborhood we could look at for scale. We LOVE what we chose. We were worried about the level of work being done because it was a BIG project for us but the team did an amazing job getting everything done and making it so easy! We highly recommend them and would work with them again!

A hailstorm went through our subdivision last April, and my neighbor recommended Heartland to us. We started on a lengthy process, working with Chase to replace siding, roofing, and windows. All the crews and site managers were professional and courteous, and they took the time to make sure we were kept in the loop at all times. With a project this size, you expect a few hiccups, but they were all minor, and quickly corrected by either the crew on-site, or on a follow-up visit. Now, we have a brand-new house from the outside, and we even added a window I had always wanted in the utility room.
I would recommend Heartland to anyone needing roofing, siding, or window replacements. They do good work, and they take pride in providing customer satisfaction.

Heartland delivers quality products and provides excellent customer service! After the March hailstorm, our home required a new roof, new vinyl siding, and new gutters and downspouts. From beginning to end, we worked with Matt on the assessment and order, then Tanner as the siding and gutter crew chief. They were always professional, and responsive to questions and concerns, and they strive to keep the customer happy. Upon inspection of our completed project, there were a couple of things that needed correcting, and they took care of those in a timely manner. We have been quite satisfied with their work and recommended them to several homeowners in our neighborhood.
