Lee is absolutely AMAZING! He always takes my calls & texts. We bought a home recently with a pool, the owners didn't take proper care of it, they had no idea what they were doing. The pool was more disgusting than the one in National Lampoons Vacation (see photos of before & after) Lee came out right away to help with the disaster the previous owners had left us in, & ever since Lee still continues to takes calls & texts for questions. He's a great guy with a great personality, very easy to get along with. He always makes sure you understand what he's explaining. Will definitely keep Lee as our go to for anything to do with our pool. Now our kiddos & us can finally enjoy the pool that it was meant to be & look like! Thank you so much Lee! A+++

Anytime I have ever had a question, they answer it immediately and with excellent knowledge! Would use them for any pool task needed!

When I first called,I asked to have a service call and wanted to shedule a date with them.They had no concern on what time would work best for me.They said I'd have to wait for them to be available to come out.I needed there help with learning how to run their sand filter pump I just bought.I never got a call,So I started looking into other pool teches in the area.With no luck,I had gone back in there to find out why I never received a call.They lost my number,And were somewhat happy, I happened to come in the shop.Hoping everything was fine and that they'd help me learn how to run it.When I told them I had no experience with pools.I stressed that I needed to be there to learn how to run it.So it wasn't put on other family members.He finally got over to help.He showed us how to clean my pool and help set up my skimmer.But was only there for 15-20 mins.Said I could come to them with any problems I had after losing my number.I offered to pay for my service still, but they said no need.I ended up needing more help and same thing,They wouldn't let me setup an appt with them.Their reasonings it works better, when their free and got spare time.Id call for help and would offer to pay to have my questions answered,And not get a call back.Now I'm selling my pool and pump I just got, Because I dont have any help with my questions.Dont WASTE your time or money on a pool with these guys their too busy for their own business

Did not follow back up with me after having left 4 voicemails and talking to two people who both said that they would pass my info long to get called back. No explanation or reason as to not getting back to me, as well as having followed up weeks before his June 15th "shut down" period.
