When we were in search of an auctioneer to help us with our land sale, Matt Skinner and his team were immediately a stand out from all the others we contacted. We were landowners with no experience selling farmland. Other auctioneer companies required us to do research and provide information that we had no idea where to begin to find. Iowa Land Company did all that legwork for us. From the first call to Matt until final closing, he far exceeded our expectations with his outstanding customer service. He was always quick to respond to questions, calls, texts and emails. Matt was very proactive during the process and when unexpected things came up, he was right there to help us navigate through it.
