I don't write reviews often but Iowa Countertops deserves this for so many reasons.
Jon from Iowa Countertops is hands down a great guy and always for the customer regardless of what the issue is. He was awesome at helping us replace our discolored countertops. Iowa Countertops stood behind the product and made right with new countertops. Hands down one of the best countertop businesses out there. I appreciate their hard work and customer service!
Iowa Countertops was great to work with, the installers did a fantastic job, they were super friendly and had a great attitude and arrived early!

We asked a contractor at the home show who they would recommend for countertops. Iowa Countertops was the only name they would recommend, we are glad they did!
Tara was insightful and helpful during our selection process.
The installers were efficient, courteous and polite. We would recommend Iowa Countertops to our best friends!

I love working with these guys! They are quick to help out with anything that might come up on a job. The shop is so well organized and it looks top notch! The customer service here is amazing!

Walked in store looking for a specific stone. The ladies at the desk were rude were not welcoming. They made me feel like I shouldn't be there. Additionally I started to explain what I was looking for and they started to talk to other people. I asked who should I be talking to and she said well kinda all of us. I decided to walk out as they were not helpful. Seemed very mean girl clique environment.
Their loss as I am doing two bathroom remodels and my kitchen counters. I will not be using their services

I stopped in and talked with Tara and wanted a quote on a vanity top for our master bath. We visited about several options. I noticed when she was helping me she kept looking over to another customer that was being helped by another associate. i felt like she was not real interested in helping me. We settled on granite or quartz and I gave her all the measurements and my email. She said would email me the quote. I waited about 2 weeks and still no email. I emailed her directly and asked if she could email me the quote. I never heard from her. Disappointing...

Great knowledge, pricing, and service. This company will handle design, pricing, tear-outs, and installation. Can also provide very competent plumbers if need be. Had a small problem with one design component with my granite counters; company corrected and resolved within 12 hours. In my opinion, the only place to go for counter tops. Totally satisfied.

Great experience working with Iowa Counter Tops. The had great pricing on remnants and would even price them based on needed amount. The install looks fantastic and so far happy with the end result. Thumbs up.
