Jim has been my terminex exterminator for more than ten years. He is friendly, professional, and courteous. I feel very comfortable with him being in my house and appreciate his honesty when talking about the needs of my home. Quite frankly. If terminex did not have such a good employee I probably would have looked at changing to another company since the cost of terminex has more than doubled over the past ten years. Terminix has been nothing short of amazing. The communication is fabulous from a call or text to let you know when they are coming, a follow-up call or text and a follow-up email with pictures that includes possible areas of concern. We have a lot of construction going on and with disturbing the earth can bring unwanted insects. However, with terminix, we have not had any issues since they started coming out. Fabulous people and wonderful company.

I really like Petty Logan, he is great and always talks with me about everything he does and asks if there is anything I'm concerned with or need him to look at. I have been with this company for over 1 year and at first I was not sure if it was worth it. Some of the others acted like they did not want to be here. But Petty never acts like that. He knows his job and knows he has to do a good and right job for his customers. If he ever leaves not sure what I would do. Thank you for the great service
