We had a problem with our shower leaking and asked All-Star to come fix it. They were timely and came and fixed the problem. Our shower faucet needed to be replaced, and the new one was smaller than the old one, so they had to find a way to cover up the remaining parts of the hole. He was able to find a way to cover up the hole and it was done cleanly, but it did look kind of funny - just unfortunate how it worked out because of how our shower was built. I thought that was the end of that. A few days later, the same plumber contacted us and said he figured out a better way to cover up the hole and asked if he could come fix it. Our faucet looks SO much better now. We are so thankful that he took the time and energy to not only do his job, but to make sure his job was done well. I wish I caught his name! Thank you for your work and care! We are so appreciative!

I needed a new sewer line put in at my residence and called All Star Plumbing. Jeremy came to my house and checked the line. He told me he would mail me an estimate and it arrived a few days later. I returned the agreement and asked that they work me into their schedule. Later I was given a date and time that they would proceed with the work. On the given date they arrived promptly and began the work. Jeremy kept me informed of their progress throughout the entire process. When they finished the job I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the total cost was less than the written estimate. I found All Star Plumbing to be true professionals and their work exceptional. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family without reservation. Give them a call if integrity, exceptional work and professionalism are important to you. You won't be sorry.

We were referred to them by another plumbing company. I called 3x over a two week period to request an estimate, I spoke with a receptionist each time and was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. I never received a call. I understand being busy if that’s the case, but not even calling a potential customer back is unprofessional.
