I called Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning to service my gas fireplace and they had a back log but put me on a waiting list. Within a week they were able to schedule me in. The gentlemen who serviced my fireplace called a head of time to keep me informed of their arrival. They were professional and polite. They had my fireplace up and running within 30 minutes or so. They cleaned and serviced my fireplace. They were neat, tidy, polite, professional and friendly. They took very good care of my needs. I highly recommend them to others. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them in the future.
Our geothermal unit was having mechanical issues. The Brandt staff got our unit working again and gave us a couple of options to consider. Based on our geothermal units age we decided to replace the unit. Brandt gave us a bid, explained the process, and replaced our unit. They even submitted the rebate with our local electric provider. The entire Brandt staff was very professional and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning!

Office staff was awesome, they followed up on any concerns.
The technician was very knowledgeable and worked quickly, left the area clean and neat. Our time with Brandts was totally positive.

The Brandt A/C worker was great. He was nice, but very unobtrusive. The work was very thorough, an inspection of all major parts of my air conditioning system, both inside and outside, and I trust it will work fine for the rest of the season. Thanks so much.

We have been very pleased with the service we’ve received from Brandt. They did not originally install our geothermal system (we are no longer willing to work with that company), however, Brandt has been willing and able to service all of the issues we’ve had. They seem very knowledgeable and thorough. They work to get a technician out to us as soon as possible and will troubleshoot with us on the phone if it’s more urgent.

Brandt Heating And Cooling has been reliable for me in the past. This time, I wish I would have asked for a quote before having my humidifier checked as it was much more expensive than I expected it to be. He found nothing wrong. The only other thing is that I had just changed the filter in my furnace. I asked him to look at the one sitting outside of my furnace to see if he thought it was clean enough to continue to be used. He said it was but then he must have taken it with him as it was gone when I went down to the furnace room.

We had them out on a Wednesday when our furnace stopped blowing heat. Very responsive & friendly but no root issue was found… so just basic performed basic maintenance. The following Saturday morning the same thing happened again, so we had to have an “after hours/weekend charge” included to learn blower replacement was needed. We didn’t question it because we appreciated not freezing over the weekend… in hindsight it would have been nice to get a credit or acknowledge that it took 2 swings to resolve. Everyone we talked with or had out was very nice & helpful!

The technicians were thorough and polite. In addition to making sure our furnaces were in tip-top condition, they noticed we had a small leak on our water heater while in our utility room. I appreciated them letting me know about it. We appreciate Brandt's service over the years. They do great work! Thank you!
