Bills has been very good to me both at my job and personal homes. Erin is the best. She’s calm when I’m not and she’s always do so nice!
Bill's was the fourth plumber we called for an unusual job that we'd been struggling with for a few months. Jim assessed the problem over the phone, came prepared with necessary parts based on photos he requested, and fixed everything the same day quickly and professionally.
Extremely satisfied with my experience and will recommend Bill's to others.

They removed a shower and faucet unit in the basement. Steven did a great job. We are planning on hiring them in the near future to do some work on bathroom. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Bill’s for many years. They’re my go to for all plumbing issues (including steam shower). I recently learned they do gas line installation and work on gas fireplaces. Bills does superior work, they respond quickly and you can trust they will get the job done to your satisfaction. In my opinion they are the gold standard in the Iowa City area.

Bills has come to our home for many years, and we've never been unhappy with their service. Last week we needed a toilet replaced as it was 60 yrs old and also needed the vent widened. They responded immediately to make apps, and when the serviceman was in our neiborhood, he called to ask if he could come right away, sooner than we expected. He was very pleasant, got to work right away, and gave us all our options.
When the bill arrived, it was very reasonable and less than I expected. I will use their service again.

They do quality work and don't charge for unnecessary repairs. My folks (Detweiler) have used them for years.
