Couldn't be happier with the service they gave me!!! John was very helpful and took the time to explain to me about the Pulse furnace unit and how they work. Also he set me straight on the type of filter I was using, as it was too restrictive and caused the problem with my AC, not to mention it was making the entire system work harder, therefore costing me more in utilities. They have definitely earned a new customer whenever I need service!! Don't even bother with anyone else!!! Price is right too!!

Diagnosed my air unit outside, went and got the part and was back within an hour. Part was under warranty. Great customer service. John explained everything to me step by step. When they say Honest they mean it! My furnace was not working and Devon popped in, took a look, did some magic and I am now sitting in a comfortably warm house! He checked out the filter and said we were good to go on that and then gave a brief rundown of the parts they keep on hand for my 35 year old furnace and the approximate cost to repair them if they went bad. He was there less than 15 minutes and charged me accordingly. This company is prompt, their employees are friendly, they are affordably priced and they really do live up to their name! Have been using these guys since before Honest Heating and Cooling existed, it’s always been the same quality work and continues to be that. They’re not out for pointless service calls to make money, Dustin helped me trouble shoot over the phone so they didn’t have to come out and charge me for a 10 minute visit. The guys are all kind and courteous, my wife felt completely comfortable with them working in our house while I was gone. She even left the house for awhile because she felt comfortable without anyone being here. Honest quality work is exactly what they’re about!
