Howard is wonderful! He always figures out the problem in a timely manner and is very reasonably priced. We have had him fix several of our appliances.
3 yr old fridge needed repair!

NEVER AGAIN, WILL I CALL HOWARD!!
First day Howard was here, Tony worked on my fridge. Howard said, We have to come back, it’s the motherboard, I have to order it. But, I won’t charge you for the 2nd trip!!
Howard LIED!!. Howard charges me 1/2 of $125.00, for the return trip!! RIP OFF!
Not only that, but, Tony broke one of the clips off the light cover, for the light bulb inside my fridge!
Tony, being the gentleman he is, Never said a thing about it!
I heard it break, seen the piece fly across the floor! Tony ignored it, acted like nothing happened.
Now the bulb guard doesn’t hang straight. Thanks you Tony!
I will never have Budget Repair back here again!!!
I WILL have Major Brands next time!
Let’s hope there’s not a Next Time!, for this fridge!

Howard was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He was at my house within an hour of calling to request a service visit on my fridge/freezer. My fridge was up and running within 30 minutes and he gave me some tips and tricks to keep the issue from happening again. Would highly recommend to anyone needing assistance with a home appliance!

Called to try and figure out what was wrong with my dryer and he called me a “stupid young girl” when I was looking at my dryer make and model and he was not.

I called in hopes that they would be able to service my Samsung fridge/ice maker -- to no surprise, they do not. And, no one around does either. BUT, Howie was so very kind and helpful and gave me some trouble shooting tips over the phone on things to do/try to resolve the problem of no ice being made. Thankful for the time he took when he didn't even have to. Next time I need an appliance repair on something other than Samsung or other Asian brands, I will call Howie and recommend him to my family and friends.

Very honest and knowledgeable man. I called to for a dryer repair, he walked me through some troubleshooting steps saving me a service call & it starting heating. Unfortunately, it stopped again later. Called back and he humbly and honestly told me the reasons why he won't work on that specific brand/type of dryer. He could have scheduled, came out and charged us a service fee, but he didn't. He referred us to someone else. Appreciate honesty! He definitely knows this business.
