Of course my air quit working on the hottest days. Call was made Friday & Troy was here first thing Monday morning. Did some adjustments & checked over everything. Very competent & I hope to work with him again. Answered my questions & quickly gave me easy to understand estimates if I decide to upgrade a/c & furnace as mine are really aged. Good job Troy!

We had a technician come out I think 3 times, and they never fixed the issue in our bath tube. The first time the charge was $200 and something. The next bill we got it was die over $400, we couldn't pay it right a3way and we let it go for a bit. They then sent us a court thing with the sheriff. We finally fixed it by ourself with a $10 of professional strength drain cleaner from the hardware store. Don't use Brooker! We learned our lesson!!

Troy Daehler came out yesterday and installed a new sump pump for us. I know they were very busy but he was very Courteous and took the time to tie up all of our lines in the pit so everything could run the way it is suppose to. Very impressed with Troy!

Easy to call in and schedule a service call, and pricing is fair for parts and labor. We have used Brooker's for HVAC needs from no heat to furnace inspections and my husband and I have been pleased.

They were hired to install appliances after my fire. I have an older home and the younger guy was told on each of the 4 visits to get my dishwasher to work properly things had to be done a certain way finally the last time he listened. The contractor didn’t pay him for 3 visits because the insurance company doesn’t pay for their mistakes. So Brooker sued me. This week their technician went to my elderly parents house and did a test on their furnace that wasn’t working without the furnace being turned on. Then told them it was a blower motor and then came back after the blower motor and said it was a bad furnace and they needed a new one. He would be ordering one all of this without the furnace being turned on, they called for a second opinion and the gentleman came out and tested and said there was a pressure problem and it was actually a spider had gotten in during the summer and build a cobweb. He cleared the cobweb and the furnace started right up. problem solved no need to purchase a new furnace .
