I've been going thu bci for years till they sent a order of deck boards out to a house for me that was so twisted and warped I couldn't use it. The lumber guy little e called cussing me out cause the boards wasn't stacked right when they came to pick them up so I went in he threatened to break my nose idk what kind of business they have but as a customer that builds for a living I'll never use them again
Very fast unloading. Receiving hrs 7.30 to 4.30 pm

I have used BCI for several projects on my home remodel, which included windows, doors and lumber, along with a new deck and new shed. Have never had any issues and found everyone to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I think their quality and service far exceeds big box retail stores.

Driver of the bci lumber truck was crossing the middle line and right linemany times on mehaffey bridge road, and driving very slow to the point that it was unsafe. It appeared he was under the influence.
