Laura Thompson was very helpful. We ordered backsplash tile for the kitchen/coffee bar and also ordered 9 roller shades for our new home. Our backsplash and roller shades are beautiful and functional! We have gotten many compliments, especially for the color scheme. Thank you Laura!

When shopping for flooring, we received expert professional help in design, floor care, and product differences. We were able to make a good decision based on that help. The installation went well. The crew was skilled, respectful and detailed. We could not be more pleased with the product and the installation.

Kyleigh was very helpful and patient as I went through all of the choices in carpet and vinyl that were available. The selection was great! She came to our home to do all the measuring. The installers worked within our builder's timelines well. The vinyl flooring is thick and high quality. I may skip the bed and just sleep on the carpet. It is so cushy and soft. The seams are invisible and the carpet detail work around every curve of the stairs is flawless.

We utilized Floor to Ceiling on a massive commercial remodel project here in Ottumwa. Our project coordinator and sales consultant, Kyleigh, helped us select new wood flooring, tile, cabinets, blinds and carpet for the entire 25k sq ft facility. She ensured products were delivered and available in the time we needed and helped us select products that were in line with our budget. I would highly recommend working with Floor to Ceiling on any project you have! Everyone on the team from Kyleigh, Chase, Jake, Laura and Dusty were very friendly and went out of their way to always be helpful.

Loving my new one sheet vinyl! It is exactly what I wanted. New shower is great! And we had a leak in my basement a few years back and I was able to get new carpet in a basement bedroom ASAP.

The Floor to Ceiling staff is reliable, knowledgeable, and took extra effort to accommodate our needs.
