Landegent's has been so good at service. We called them after a purchase of a new oven. They had a service technician at our residence within the hour. Their technician was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed within ten minutes of his arrival.
We have had their technicians here on three different occassions and our experience has always been the same. We are thrilled!

Excellent company to have so close around! Office people are friendly, helpful and are very quick to get a technician to you quickly to help with any problems! Tim did a great job on washer & refrigerator. Wash machine works MUCH better and freezer is perfect.

I’ve been waiting on a part for my LG dishwasher for 3 weeks and can’t get ahold of anyone in the office after multiple phone calls throughout different times of the day. I’ve left multiple voicemails with my name, address, and phone number as well. The last time I spoke with anyone, they said the part should be here “any day now” and that was over a week ago. Total waste of time trying to even get a response at this point.

Landegent’s has always came to our rescue when it comes to any appliance repair! They always manage to get to our issue within 1-2 days. They are professional, accurate problem solving and deliver great workmanship! We are thankful that we can count on Tim or Troy for their services!

Excellent response time. Larry resolved a long time issue I'd been having with my dryer vents. Also cleaned the vents while he was here. Excellent service, friendly, and very knowledgeable!

Two weeks ago on a Friday morning our refrigerator began to make a very loud noise. It sounded like a drill was running inside of the refrigerator. The refrigerator was purchased in January of 2018. I called to Mahlanders here in Sioux Falls and was told all of their service men were busy and no one would be able to come out. I was not happy about that as all of our appliances have been purchased there along with several lights etc. I asked to speak with the manager who told me about Landegent’s and he also gave me the cell number for Larry. I called Larry who at the time was trying to install a new compressor in a refrigerator. He was more than kind, he told me what to do—unplug the appliance, empty it out and run a fan into it to hopefully thaw out what likely was a fan that was frosted up. We did that until 4 PM that day, then plugged it in again-it ran fine. I again called Larry and told him things seemed fine now, he advised that it was OK to use it over the weekend and he would send someone to look at it on Monday. It ran normally all weekend, another man came out on Monday AM who looked it over and decided the problem was solved by what was done on Friday. I am SO grateful for the time Larry took out of his busy day to help me out and walk me through what could be done to take care of the issue. If I had not been able to connect with a business like Landegent’s I am sure this refrigerator would be in the landfill by now and we would have ended up spending $3000 for another new one!!! I will be calling them in the future for appliance problems because there is no one who can or is willing to talk you through a problem and help you per phone!!! Landegent’s are the best and I have told many others about my positive experience with them. Thank you!!

Very thankful! Larry Saved the Day...he was professional and represented himself in a professional manor. Unlike the other repair man, he actually fixed the problem that was previous miss diagnosed. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
